Team Building and Communicating Effectively

Learn about temperament and how the unique temperaments of individual staff members can enhance the vitality of the entire staff team. We will practice active listening, discuss the keys to effective communication, and hear how individual perspectives affect communication. We will also examine issues involved in cross-cultural communication and learn when to talk and when to be silent in conversation. Come away with a better understanding of yourself and your colleagues and a better understanding of how to make the most of your work together. We will play some games to keep the workshop lighthearted and fun.
