Supporting the children in our care is usually our number one priority. But that can come at a price if we don’t find ways (or time) to nurture and care for ourselves. We will have the opportunity to consider strategies for boosting our bodies and calming our minds. There will also be time for fun, laughter, and some lighthearted reflection. At the end of this practical workshop you will come away with ideas that work for you both inside and outside the classroom. Our discussions will draw upon the collective knowledge of the group.
